Boiler Breakdown

We cover boiler repairs including: • Unlimited callouts • Expansion Vessel • PCB’s (Main Board) • Internal Pump • Manifold • Heat exchanger • Fan • Diverter Valve

Central Heating & Boiler Controls

We cover repairs to your central heating and boiler controls including: • Replacement or repair of thermostat and programmers • External Pump and Motorised Zone Valves • Repair or replacement of radiator valves • Repair or replacement of central heating pipe • Repair or replacement of external expansion vessels

Carbon Monoxide Test

Your annual boiler service includes a carbon monoxide test.

Gas Supply Pipes

We cover repairs to gas supply pipes including: • Unlimited callouts • Repairs to gas leaks on accessible pipes inside your home, which supply a gas boiler and other appliances.

Boiler Service

Your annual boiler service includes: • A visual check over of the boiler • Safely identifying any working faults • An analysis of the flue gas • Opening and checking the boiler if required • Checking the flue and ventilation are compliant with Gas Safety Regulations • A check of the system pressure, and adjustments if needed • Cleaning the condensate trap • Checking and bleeding the radiators, if needed • Checking the hot water cylinder • Written confirmation that the service has been completed

Electrics

We cover electrical repairs including: • Unlimited callouts • Repairs to circuits • Repairs to the fuse box • Repair or replacement of circuit breakers • Repair or replacement of standard light switches, sockets and shower switches

Plumbing

We cover plumbing work including: • Unlimited callouts • Repairs to leaking cold water pipes (after the main stop cock) • Repairs to leaking hot water pipes or fittings

What Is Not Included?

• Repair of pre-existing, system design or installation faults • Repair of weather related faults • Repair or replacement of the boiler should it be beyond economical repair or replacement parts are unavailable. This is determined by our engineer • Boiler repairs over £250 for first three months of the cover • Repair to faults caused by sludge in the central heating system • Repairs to faults caused by disconnection of electricity, gas or water • Repair of damage caused when your home is unoccupied for more than 28 days • Trace and Access • Replacement of bulbs or three pin plugs • We do not cover guest houses or B&Bs
